Shipping Areas and Cost

  • We provide free shipping (for standard curbside delivery) for all online orders within the continental US.
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Processing Time

  • Online Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a follow-up email will be sent within 24-48 hours containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Small Parcels: Small packages will be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS which typically arrive within 1-7 business days after shipping.
  • LTL Freight: Large items such as vanities will be shipped via a third party trucking or freight company with curbside delivery. If you require special delivery services, please contact us (additional charges may apply). Delivery times can range from 1-10 business days or more depending on your location.
    • The carrier will contact you to schedule a time for delivery once the shipment arrives at a local terminal. Please provide a reachable phone number and valid email address to avoid delays. If the carrier is unable to reach you due to incorrect or invalid contact information you provided, your order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued, minus any return shipping costs.
    • Freight shipments will be held at a local terminal until a delivery appointment is scheduled. If the freight carrier cannot reach you and the shipment stays at the terminal beyond the allotted time, storage fees will start to accrue. The customer must pay all storage fees before the shipment can be released for delivery.
    • The carrier may charge a fee of up to $100.00 for each missed delivery appointment which will be billed to you.
    • If you refuse to accept a freight shipment for any reason other than visible damage or a shipping error due to our fault, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is not available at this time, but you can add a note to your order at checkout and our team will do our best to process your order as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours containing your tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to track your shipment.

Delivery Issues

  • Once your order arrives, please carefully inspect all packages for any visible damage before signing the bill of lading.
  • If you notice any damage, you may refuse part or all of the shipment. Please note all damage on the bill of lading and notify us immediately.
  • Any concealed damage that was not found at the time of delivery must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt (most freight carriers will not accept damage claims beyond this period).

Returns

  • For information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy page.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
  • To be eligible for return, all products must be in perfect condition, unused, and placed back inside their boxes with all the original protective packaging (including pallet for large items).
  • To initiate a return, please send us an email at ecomm@azzuri.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A receipt or proof of purchase, and an order number is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
